Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Internal Financial Review and prepare monthly financial presentations.
• Develop the annual operating budget including volumes, revenue, FTEs, salary, and expenses.
• Provide financial support with Administration and Department leaders.
• Monitor charge capture and analyze reimbursement trends for net collections impact.
• Analyze bi-weekly productivity metrics to ensure staffing levels are appropriate.
• Lead special projects including proformas and process improvement initiatives.
