Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive leadership across Finance, FP&A, data and analytics, or AI.
• Experience leading enterprise programs and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and metrics.
• Experience establishing data governance, semantic models, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable portfolios and operating models.
• Experience guiding organizational change in Finance.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and enterprise planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the Finance AI and data transformation roadmap aligned to Finance vision.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of AI and data initiatives.
• Establish Finance data governance policies and single source of truth.
• Lead governance forums on definitions, rules, quality, lineage, and access controls.
• Own the Finance semantic layer and certified metric framework.
• Define playbooks for Finance agents, grounding, orchestration, testing and deployment.
• Lead the central Finance AI and Data Governance team and talent strategy.
• Partner with IT, Enterprise AI, Security, and Finance leadership on architecture and roadmaps.
• Build a community of practice and reusable playbooks to scale AI proficiency.
• Measure adoption, productivity, value realization, and risk across AI portfolio.
