Job summary

Arthrex GmbH is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the Synergy portfolio based in Naples, Florida. This role involves overseeing the leadership, strategy, product development, and performance across various business portfolios. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience in medical devices, preferably in orthopedics, and strong skills in strategic leadership, financial analysis, and team management. The position requires up to 50% travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in medical devices is required, orthopedics experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years managing teams.
• Experience with resection equipment, imaging systems, powered instruments, fluid management, and OR integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide global vision and develop multi‑year strategic plans for the Synergy portfolio.
• Lead end to end portfolio and product management strategy.
• Serve as the primary executive interface for the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance within the functional area.
• Direct, develop, and coach teams.
