Reporting to the Executive Director, this role blends finance leadership with broad operational responsibilities to ensure financial health and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in finance and administration; CPA preferred and an advanced degree are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, administration, operations or related functions.
• Experience managing budgets, audits, procurement, contracts and human resources.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, internal controls and compliance.
• CPA is preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Lead office operations, facilities management, space planning and asset management.
• Oversee employee benefits, retirement plans and insurance programs.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and grant requirements.
• Partner with IT providers to support infrastructure, security and technology initiatives.
