Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to travel throughout Washington, DC area, Arizona, and elsewhere as requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual federal relations agenda and execution strategy.
• Identify research opportunities and issues relevant to federal priorities.
• Monitor, analyze, and draft analyses of federal issues for UA.
• Represent UA at meetings in DC and other locations nationwide.
• Coordinate with Arizona and DC grassroots advocacy efforts.
• Staff UA leadership for Capitol Hill meetings, hearings, and visits.
