FM Talent Source seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large FHWA communications, publications, and web content support program.

You will provide contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality management, and performance management across a multidisciplinary team supporting research communications, stakeholder engagement, web content management, publications, and multimedia services.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing communications, publications, outreach, marketing, or related federal programs.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for FHWA leadership and COR.
• Provide overall contract and staff management.
• Direct project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee production of communications products, publications, outreach activities, and web content.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead status reporting, staffing management, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations activities.
