Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for a large federal advisory program and ensure adherence to fixed statutory delivery windows. You will monitor dependencies and coordinate updates across workstreams while performing critical path analysis and supporting change control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of scheduling or program coordination experience, along with the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of total experience.
• 3-5+ years of scheduling or program coordination experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and milestone registries.
• Maintain dependency maps across all program workstreams to avoid missing critical dependencies.
• Coordinate with workstream and task area leads to collect schedule updates, inputs, and status.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule variances, escalating impacts to the Program Manager.
• Support schedule baseline management and change control processes.
• Support monthly program reviews and issue/escalation tracking against SLA standards.
• Maintain program data in the government-approved portfolio management system with data quality controls.
