Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and dependencies for a large federal advisory program, ensuring adherence to fixed statutory delivery windows.

You will coordinate with workstream leads, perform critical path analyses, and support baseline management and monthly reviews within a government-approved portfolio system. Experience in federal programs and PMI-SP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field with 5+ years total experience.
• 3-5+ years of scheduling or program coordination experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent) and CPM scheduling.
• Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to fixed-deadline deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and milestone registries.
• Maintain dependency maps across all program workstreams to avoid missed dependencies.
• Coordinate with workstream and task area leads to collect schedule updates and status.
• Conduct critical path analysis and escalate impacts to the Program Manager.
• Support schedule baseline management and change control processes.
• Support monthly program reviews and issue/escalation tracking against SLA standards.
• Maintain program data in the government-approved portfolio management system to keep data standards.
