You will own task order execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with recruiting and proposals teams to enable rapid responses. The role requires 8+ years in federal program management, hands-on GWAC/IDIQ experience, and PMP; you will drive staffing decisions, manage budgets and compliance (DCAA/FAR),

Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal program/project management experience with hands-on management of major GWACs/IDIQs (e.g., NASA SEWP, GSA MAS/OASIS, CIO‑SP).
• Experience writing and submitting compliant, high-scoring federal task order proposals.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification.
• Experience defining staffing requirements, vetting personnel, and managing subcontractors; solid budget management, burn rates, and DCAA/FAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Program Delivery & Operations: Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across all active task orders, including subcontractor relationships.
• Proposal & Vehicle Management: Lead end-to-end task order response lifecycle under NASA SEWP VI and LBNL, including compliance, outlining, writing/editing narratives, and timely submission.
• Process Optimization & Decision‑Making: Standardize rapid bid/no‑bid evaluation to triage high-volume solicitations quickly.
• Staffing & Recruiting Alignment: Partner with recruiting to identify and place personnel and labor categories on active programs and priority bids.
• Customer & Partner Relations: Act as primary operational interface for government Contracting Officers, CORs, and teaming partners.
