  • Lead development and administration of the agency’s UPWP.
  • Supervise staff performing analytical and grant-related activities.
  • Manage quarterly fiscal and claims processes using FMS and related tools.
  • Coordinate with NYMTC for reports, deliverables, and conformity cycles.
  • Translate grant, budget, and program data into executive-level briefing materials.
