Job summary

Fortress Information Security is seeking a Senior Advisor for Federal Partnerships and Executive Operations to advance government engagement and strategic partnerships. This role combines federal partnership development, executive operations, and legislative tracking, reporting to the division president, with responsibilities spanning events, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or federal policy environments.
• Experience running complex logistics and multi-stakeholder events.
• Understanding of U.S. national security priorities and the federal policy process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive materials and briefings.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline tracking.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, D.C. metro area, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with primes, systems integrators, technology vendors, and federal partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with established partners; track commitments and elevate issues to leadership.
• Support capture and teaming strategy by mapping partner ecosystems against Fortress capabilities.
• Prepare and coordinate teaming agreements and channel arrangements for review and execution by Contracts, Compliance, and Legal.
• Maintain partner records, pipeline entries, and activity history in the CRM; produce quarterly reporting.
