Omega Management Group in Wichita, KS seeks a General Manager to lead operations for a large commercial and institutional facility portfolio. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client service, and driving accountable operations.

You will oversee maintenance programs, capital projects, budgets, and safety compliance while developing people and partnerships across the client base and vendors. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing large commercial, healthcare, educational, government, industrial, or multi-building facilities.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, budgeting, capital planning, contract administration, and project management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing associates.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, RPA, SMA, LEED, or equivalent are a plus.
