Weigand-Omega Management seeks a General Manager to lead operations for a large portfolio of commercial and institutional facilities in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and owning complex property operations.

You will direct maintenance, budgets, capital projects, safety, and client relationships while developing people and driving performance to meet client expectations and community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing large commercial, healthcare, educational, government, or multi-building facilities.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, budgeting, capital planning, contract administration, and project management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing associates.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, RPA, SMA, LEED are a plus.
