Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years facilities/operations experience.
• 2+ years supervising or managing staff.
• Knowledge of building systems and operations requirements.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for facilities operations.
• Oversee budgeting, labor, and financial metrics for facilities.
• Manage preventive maintenance, capital projects, and safety programs.
• Lead facilities staff, including supervisors, HVAC/refrigeration personnel, and trades.
