Job summary

Nokia is seeking a FAB Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead commercial activities with suppliers for the FAB in Chandler, AZ, with a hybrid schedule and time spent at the FAB facility.

You will coordinate purchasing, negotiate terms for capital equipment, chemicals, services and software, drive cost savings, manage supplier governance, and collaborate with Legal and Contracts to finalize contracts, while maintaining a strong focus on budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement.
• Experience with SAP/Ariba preferred.
• Hybrid work with ~2 days/week at FAB facility.
• Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
• Very little travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities with stakeholders to secure cost-effective, timely goods.
• Support Manufacturing/FAB with supply chain activities.
• Negotiate large capital equipment, chemicals, services, software, etc.
• Process POs and change orders; assist with RFI/RFQ/RFP.
• Develop cost-saving proposals and make-versus-buy analyses.
• Manage supplier selection, governance, and contract terms.
