Job summary

RMC Global is seeking an Exercise Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role in Dahlgren, VA, supporting NSWC and NORTHCOM. The position focuses on identifying exercises, coordinating CIDAC participation, and maintaining an integrated support plan with milestones and after-action reviews.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS is required 2–3 times monthly. The candidate will need strong written and verbal communication, project management, and risk assessment skills to align exercise objectives with mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years supporting the DoW with at least two years in exercise/wargame planning.
• Ability to obtain an international driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess NORTHCOM and other DoW/federal exercises for CIDAC alignment.
• Develop an exercise participation list with rationale for CIDAC involvement.
• Prepare an exercise approach and maintain an integrated support plan with objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate travel across CONUS/OCONUS and document after-action reviews.
