Job summary

RMC Global in Dahlgren, VA is seeking an Exercise Coordinator to support NSWC Dahlgren Division and NORTHCOM in a full-time hybrid role. The position focuses on identifying military and federal exercises, coordinating planning, and supporting government-selected events to advance CIDAC objectives.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, project management, and the ability to work across CONUS and OCONUS locations, with travel two to three times per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years supporting Department of War activities, including two years in exercise or wargame planning.
• Ability to identify relevant exercises and coordinate planning with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure protection and mission assurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify NORTHCOM and federal exercises aligned with CIDAC objectives.
• Develop exercise plans, calendars, and participant rosters.
• Prepare scenarios, injects, and technical inputs for exercises.
• Coordinate planning conferences and travel across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Produce minutes, reports, and after-action documentation within contract timelines.
