Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an Executive Special Projects Manager to lead large-scale initiatives from inception through delivery, combining strategic planning, governance, and executive liaison. You will design and own multiple system-wide projects, coordinating with C-Suite and senior leaders to drive decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, budgets, and performance metrics, while aligning with IT PMO, Facilities, and Quality teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in executive/CSuite project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from problem identification through design, development, implementation and review with stakeholders.
• Facilitate interdepartmental activities to ensure work plan objectives are met on time and within scope and quality.
• Coordinate infrastructure, capacity and configuration planning, and implement training programs for projects.
