Job summary

Stripe seeks an Executive Compensation Partner to oversee the implementation and integration of our compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and talent objectives. You will collaborate with HR partners, leadership, and external consultants to benchmark and optimize executive pay across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and managing executive compensation programs for both public and private companies.
• Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with complex models.
• Experience communicating insights across teams, translating data for non-quantitative audiences.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups clearly and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and external consultants to prepare materials for compensation committee meetings, including executive compensation analysis and benchmarking.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Leadership Recruiters, and the Executive team on executive compensation matters.
• Analyze market data to ensure compensation programs align with market and people strategy.
• Support budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution of long-term incentive programs.
• Be data-driven, objective, credible, and trustworthy.
• Ensure compensation programs are well communicated and understood by leadership.
