Job summary

Stripe, a leading payments fintech, is seeking an Executive Compensation Partner to lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, aligning with Stripe's growth and talent strategy. This role can be based in-office or remote within the U.S.

and requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and the executive team, conduct market benchmarking, oversee long-term incentives, and ensure clear communication of compensation policies

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of work experience in developing and managing executive compensation programs for both public and private companies.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for compensation committee meetings, including executive compensation analysis and benchmarking.
• Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Leadership Recruiters, and the Executive team on all executive compensation matters.
• Conduct analyses of market data to ensure compensation programs are aligned to market and supporting the company’s people strategy.
• Support the analysis and management of company-wide long-term incentive programs, including budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Be data driven with objective decision making and credibility across leadership.
• Ensure Stripe’s compensation programs are well communicated and understood across leadership.
