Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, higher education or related field or equivalent.
• Two+ years in communications or marketing with strong writing and project coordination.
• Excellent written communication across remarks, messaging, social media and newsletters.
• Ability to adapt writing to another voice and incorporate feedback.
• Ability to gather information, summarize points and turn complex info into clear content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Digital fluency, managing content for websites, social media or newsletters.
• Coordinate communications projects with multiple contributors, reviewers and approvals.
• Professional judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work across teams and units.

Responsibilities

• Research, draft, edit, and manage executive communications content across formats.
• Coordinate with offices to gather information and support executive appearances.
• Ensure messages are clear, timely, audience-appropriate and brand-aligned.
• Maintain organized workflows for executive communications processes.
• Write in leaders’ voices, incorporate feedback, and ensure professional direction.
