Job summary

Singh Capital Partners seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer in Bethesda, on-site. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, managing priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and overseeing executive logistics across multiple projects and stakeholders.

The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex executive calendar with meetings, travel, and logistics.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Screen and prioritize communications and meeting requests.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
• Track action items and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
