Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide proactive administrative and operational support to Global and North America Engineering leadership from Missouri, USA. You will drive scheduling, travel, meetings, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across cultures and time zones.

The role requires strong independence, excellent communication, and a proactive ownership mindset with proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate’s degree or higher with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across cultures/time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, materials, minutes, and track action items.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and leadership commitments.
• Support procurement, PO processing, invoicing, and budget reporting.
• Coordinate vendor visits, guest support, and facility needs.
