Aufgaben

• Conceptualize event and develop timelines and schedules including run-of-show documents.
• Create and manage event budget.
• Select and coordinate vendors and venues.
• Work closely with marketing team on all aspects including printed materials, decorations, registration, and execution of event.
• On-site management of event.
• Coordinate tasks using Wrike project management software.
• Support Marketing Team as required.
