Autism Delaware is seeking an Events Manager to lead all fundraising and social events, from concept and budgeting to marketing, staffing, logistics, and evaluation. The role is responsible for meeting annual revenue targets and for delivering high-impact programs that align with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 3+ years of event management, fundraising, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fundraising and social/recreational events including budgeting, vendor management, ticketing, and reporting.
• Coordinate exhibitors, vendors, event activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead for non-signature events and ensure staffing and logistics.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and report on budgets and goals.
