Job summary

INSPIRE seeks a Director of Operations to lead on-site planning and execution for events at The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs. You will mentor the operations team and partner with sales, technology, and production to deliver high-quality service while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

The role manages inventory, equipment, staffing, and CAPEX with a focus on reliability, safety, and adherence to standards. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading operational teams in AV or related events industry.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Review event proposals for technical accuracy with Sales.
• Coordinate equipment support for onsite events with INSPIRE venues.
• Staff shows and deliveries with fiscal responsibility.
• Manage inventory, data entry, adjustments, and orders.
• Oversee CAPEX planning and equipment purchases.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and vehicles.
• Lead and develop the INSPIRE operations team.
• Conduct annual reviews and ongoing performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production Leads, and Technicians.
• Foster a service-oriented, team-centric environment.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Anticipate changing priorities and adapt accordingly.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
