Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an Event Marketing Manager in New York to plan, manage and execute marketing events and develop materials to support sales. You will collaborate with Sales, Partner Alliance Managers, and Marketing and our partners.

The role requires technology industry experience, strong event planning skills, and proficiency with SAP, MS Office, MS Teams and Pardot. You will help create compelling presentations, manage budgets, and measure event impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Proficient with SAP, MS Office, MS Teams and Pardot.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including large internal and customer-facing events.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials to demonstrate our solutions.
• Assist with event communications between Computacenter and partners.
• Prepare detailed follow-up reports with metrics for success.
• Manage budgets and timelines.
• Work with the Partner team and Sector Directors to support marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative follow-up outreach to customers.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.
• Submit Proof of Performance post events.
• Create landing pages and invites for marketing events and campaigns.
• Manage and track campaigns.
• Work with finance on marketing activity payments.
• Ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate marketing efforts around our core partners and Computacenter services.
• Develop professional business relationships with our core partners.
