Paylocity is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to lead hospitality operations for convention services. You will forecast revenue, optimize room charges, and drive repeat business through strong client relationships and industry involvement.

The role requires proven sales and negotiation skills, event planning expertise, and collaboration with culinary and AV teams to deliver memorable functions.

Qualifications

• Understand monthly forecasting and the annual budget process.
• Improve meeting planner evaluation scores and satisfaction.
• Optimize room rental charges.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Participate in industry organizations (NACE, MPI).
• Strong sales techniques including closing and negotiating.
• Comfortable with hotel site inspections and client presentations.
• Create innovative menus/setups in collaboration with Chef.
• Coordinate with banquet department for operations and event execution.
• Provide AV equipment and operate AV as a profit center.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Delphi.
• Monitor group room blocks and generate detailed resumes for operating departments.
• Work with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.

• Support banquet operations and seamless event delivery.
