Job summary

ITA Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Event Strategy Advisor to serve as presale leader and strategic consultant, driving program design and growth opportunities alongside the Event Proposal Manager and other teams.

The role requires collaboration with Account Executives, Creative Strategy Advisor, Event Design, and Solution Line leadership to deliver high-impact event solutions aligned with client objectives and measurable results, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in events industry and/or related work experience.
• Strong presentation skills for stand‑up presentations and client meetings.
• Ability to travel as needed to ITA Group regional offices and/or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Convert opportunities from qualification to proposal with Account Executives.
• Participate in client meetings to qualify opportunities and identify solutions for clients.
• Lead the development of key deliverables: proposals, RFI/RFP responses, discovery sessions, and capabilities decks.
• Ensure program design aligns with clients’ business objectives and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Solution Line leadership and teams to support transitions from presale to operations.
