Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to support project delivery from enquiry through to completion. You will interpret client requirements, review specifications and drawings, prepare accurate estimates and quotations, and coordinate the handover from tender to production.

You will work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are scoped, priced and delivered to required standards, while leading programmes, budgets and procurement with a

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and project management within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or fit-out.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret drawings, specs and contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating or project management software.
• Excellent organisational, numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess project costs and prepare BOMs and labour estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and manage pricing records.
• Coordinate procurement, scheduling and project programmes against milestones.
• Oversee quality, health and safety and produce project documentation.
