Job summary

You will manage staff and projects, lead CAD teams, set guidelines, train engineers, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• MS in Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of ESD and CAD experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proficient in multiple CAD software platforms as listed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAD flow development and ESD design methodology.
• Lead CAD project teams and manage staff and projects.
• Establish and document ESD guidelines and best practices.
• Review designs for ESD compliance and perform analyses.
• Provide training on ESD-safe design principles.
