Job summary

Broadcom is seeking an ESD/CAD Manager in Chandler, AZ to oversee CAD flow, ESD design methodology, and protect sensitive components. Lead staff and projects, drive tools implementation, and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.

You will collaborate with engineers and managers to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring team members and advancing best practices in ESD-enabled design.

Qualifications

• MS in Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of ESD & CAD experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proficient in Perl and Python; TCL/Skill a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAD flow development and ESD design methodology.
• Lead CAD project teams and mentor CAD staff.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure CAD outputs meet quality standards and compliance.
• Provide training on ESD-safe design principles.
