Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP-related initiatives, coordinating with ERP functional teams, IT, vendors, and business leaders. You will drive project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets through planning, execution, and transition to operations.

Ideal candidates will hold a PMP or similar certification and have experience with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, CRM, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years managing a medium size information technology related project with Bachelor's degree or 7 years experience managing medium to large scale information technology related projects with High School.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles and milestones for assigned IT projects, documenting phases, inputs, tools, outputs.
• Stabilize project components by documenting requirements, scope, goals, milestones, risks, and success criteria.
• Define roles and responsibilities for each project with clear accountabilities.
• Establish quality standards and processes to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Create detailed schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans for projects.
• Track progress, analyze variances, and communicate status to stakeholders and sponsors.
