Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking an ERP Program Director to lead the enterprise ERP ecosystem across Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 BC, and Finance & SCM. This role partners with IT and business leaders to drive transformation, align technology with objectives, and deliver ERP programs on scope, cost, and schedule.

The position requires 8–10+ years of ERP management experience, strong governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in MI or OH is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10+ years ERP management experience, including leadership
• Proven experience leading ERP system selection and large-scale implementations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, and Finance/SCM

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead ERP system selection, including business case development and vendor evaluation.
• Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations with design, config, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Establish governance and delivery methodologies for ERP programs.
