Job summary

GroupeSTAHL, a leading international manufacturer and distributor of custom textile printing, seeks an ERP Program Director to lead strategic ERP initiatives. You will oversee Dynamics GP, Business Central, and Finance and SCM platforms, aligning technology with business goals while driving enterprise-wide transformation and program delivery.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Operations and Supply Chain to enable scalable, integrated processes, manage multi-phase ERP programs, and ensure

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of ERP management experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading ERP system selection and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Experience managing technical teams, including DBAs and system resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead ERP system selection, business case development, and vendor evaluation.
• Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to post-go-live optimization.
• Drive business process transformation to improve efficiency, data integrity and scalability.
• Establish governance, escalation protocols, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee ERP delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices.
