Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, Project Management, or Process Management.
• Experience partnering with internal business partners across lines of business.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and enhance foundational elements of the Risk Identification Framework, aligning capabilities with strategic objectives and transformation efforts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify and standardize Risk Identification processes.
• Leverage data analysis to identify core problems and formulate effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line stakeholders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution across business lines.
• Partner with technology, product, and data teams to implement system and process updates.
• Design and implement risk metrics to measure framework effectiveness.
• Lead training across lines of defense to ensure adoption and execution.
• Deliver reporting and executive-level presentations with real-time risk visibility.
• Support audit, regulatory exam requests, and other ad-hoc deliverables.
