Responsibilities include portfolio analysis, reconciliation of loan documentation, reporting, market data tracking, and building stress-testing frameworks with governance built in. Strong modeling and credit skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of related experience in structured credit or fund finance.
• Strong credit and collateral analysis, including cross-checks (DCF and comps).
• Advanced financial modeling and stress-testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & asset analysis: assess strength/weakness, red flags, and sponsor data.
• Structural & financial reconciliation: validate loan docs, borrowing base and third-party data.
• Reporting standardization: setup monthly/quarterly post-closing borrowing-base reports.
• Market data & credit marks: track marks, news flow, and divergences; build dashboards.
• Financial modeling & loan simulation: cash flow, LTV migration, stress tests.
• Governance & controls: work with Legal, Compliance, Risk to ensure proper governance.
