Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, seeks a Senior Manager, Equipment Procurement to lead procurement for key brand equipment categories within the RSCS network.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Equipment & Asset Procurement and oversees supplier relationships, cost analyses, and strategic sourcing for brands like Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, A&W, and Habit Burger & Grill. The Senior Manager will drive market intelligence, RFPs, and SRM activities, collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required.
• 6+ years in equipment procurement, business strategy, or operations.
• MBA or Master's preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with cost analysis, supplier development, forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead with integrity and collaborate across brands.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; proficiency with PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and manage procurement activities for assigned categories.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for RSCS and franchisees.
• Analyze data and market intelligence to guide decisions.
• Lead RFPs and manage SRM activities.
• Collaborate with Brand Ops and DES teams on projects and launches.
• Support S&OP in maintaining supply during promotional periods.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Provide leadership and mentorship as needed.
