Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Master Scheduler to plan product planning requirements and manage sales and operations objectives from its Indianapolis facilities.

The role emphasizes applying 5+ years of scheduling experience with ERP systems to drive production efficiency across a global manufacturing environment. The position interacts with Engineering, Sales and Inventory Control to optimize lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 5+ years production scheduling experience.
• APICS CPIM certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and business software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast production needs and develop a production plan across all product lines.
• Monitor MRP to align inventory with demand and sales forecasts.
• Create and maintain production schedules to meet lead times and OTD targets.
• Expedite material shortages and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO) per product goals.
• Liaise between Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Inventory Control.
