Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. (H&M) seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement for EPC projects across MasTec Power Delivery East and Central Regions.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage a team of Procurement Category Analysts and Material Planners, and collaborate with Estimating, Project Management, Legal and Finance to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, contract administration, risk mitigation, and alignment with project schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Economics.
• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing complex categories, suppliers and contracts.
• Ability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with EPC project schedules and budgets.
• Lead procurement planning and sourcing events for subcontractors and engineered equipment.
• Negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Manage supplier qualification, performance reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee material planning and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
