Job summary

Triton Environmental, a True Environmental firm, is seeking a Specialist to join our Regulatory Compliance team in Guilford, CT. You will collaborate with team members to review and revise written work products and complete field work to develop inspection reports, permit applications, or compliance plans.

You will analyze data, prepare client reports, and interpret federal, state, and local regulations such as CAA, CWA, RCRA, TRI, and TSCA, applying them to client operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a relevant science or engineering field is required.
• Experience in EHS consulting or related regulatory work is preferred.
• Ability to manage deliverables, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regulatory compliance team members to review and revise written work products.
• Complete field work to gather information to develop inspection reports, permit applications, or compliance plans.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet client regulatory compliance deadlines.
• Analyze data, prepare client reports, and upload results into state and federal reporting systems.
• Review and interpret federal, state, and local regulations to apply to clients’ operations and equipment.
• Respond to requests from clients or regulators for data or information.
