Job summary

Grace Pacific LLC is seeking a senior environmental program leader to oversee regulatory compliance across facilities and projects, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local requirements. The role drives policy development, risk mitigation, and coordination with government agencies while guiding an in-house EHS team.

The successful candidate will manage permits, audits, and environmental remediation efforts, shaping strategies aligned with executive goals and ensuring data-driven decision

Qualifications

Minimum: OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, HAZWOPER 40 HR, HAZWOPER 8 HR Supervisor.
Education: BS in Environmental, Engineering, Risk Management or related degrees (Geology, Biology).
Experience: 8–10 years construction environmental experience; prior management experience.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements environmental regulatory compliance policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Establishes an environmental audit schedule and oversees field inspections.
Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews and evaluates environmental compliance across departments.
Oversee land use planning and regulatory compliance and remediation activities.
