Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Experience Architect to lead enterprise UX strategy across CRM, ERP, AI and transformation initiatives. This strategic, non-visual role shapes end-to-end experiences for employees and customers.

You will translate research into actionable insights, align business, product, and technology teams, and drive governance and design frameworks. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Experience Architecture, UX Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Human-Centered Design methodologies.
• Proficient in journey mapping, service blueprints, and process mapping.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable experience solutions.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and research activities
• Define end-to-end experience strategies for large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, personas, process maps, and experience frameworks
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities and recommendations
• Uncover user pain points and drive process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, engineers, and technology partners
• Establish scalable experience standards, governance models, and design frameworks
• Present research findings, strategic recommendations, and experience roadmaps to leadership
• Champion Human-Centered Design principles across the organization
