Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead ERP support operations and delivery across enterprise applications. You will oversee incident, problem, change, and release management while driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of ERP experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing onshore/offshore delivery models. Onsite work at the client location in San Diego, CA is required.

Qualifications

10+ years of ERP project experience in functional, BA, or related roles.
3+ years as a Project Manager in ERP environments.
3+ years managing ERP support in onshore/offshore delivery.
3+ years supporting manufacturing operations and processes.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee ERP support operations including incident, problem, change, and release management.
Lead and mentor support teams to meet SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents and improve service quality.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance operations.
Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Ensure SOX controls and change governance are followed.
Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership to align objectives.
Maintain runbooks, documentation, and known error databases.
