Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst for ServiceMac to strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management program. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across mortgage subservicing operations, providing independent challenge to business owners and maintaining risk documentation and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience including enterprise risk, operational risk, third-party risk, compliance risk, controls, or related risk-management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform enterprise, operational, and third-party risk assessments with process walkthroughs and risk evaluations.
• Document conclusions, challenge assessments, and recommend risk responses.
• Evaluate servicing risks and controls; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and impacts across regulatory, financial, and reputational areas.
• Assess regulatory alignment with federal/state requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
