This role emphasizes identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure effective risk management within a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of financial services risk management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform enterprise, operational, and third-party risk assessments with documentation and risk-response recommendations.
• Evaluate mortgage servicing risks and controls, identify gaps, and assess impact across processes and systems.
• Assess regulatory and procedural alignment with applicable federal/state requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze risk information from KRIs, incidents, losses, and audit findings to identify trends and actions.
• Support risk issue management, remediation progress, and escalation of significant issues.
• Maintain risk inventories, documentation, and assessment records within risk tools.
