Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise visibility and multiple workstreams.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance routines, and ownership models.
• Drive program outcomes by defining success measures and linking plans to measurable business value.
• Establish executive-level artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for informed decisions.
• Identify, assess, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making routines for timely issue resolution.
• Influence cross-functional teams without authority while clarifying scope, sequencing, and commitments.
• Own program outcomes by aligning delivery plans with business objectives and customer impact.
