Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex programs.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, risks, and milestones.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and decision forums.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business, technology, and partners.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Track program performance, budget, resources, and benefit realization.
• Develop business cases and executive-level presentations.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
