• Expert-level program management with a proven record of delivering results through complex initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen; connects program execution to strategic outcomes.
• Fluent in both technical detail and business needs; bridges delivery teams and leadership.
• Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more complex programs and accountable for outcomes.
• Translate objectives into clear program scope, success measures, roadmaps across workstreams.
• Drive programs from initiation to operations handoff ensuring realized business value.
• Develops integrated program plans with dependencies and critical path.
• Provide executive-ready dashboards and status updates for decisions.
• Partner with executives and technology leaders to align priorities and timelines.
