Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear evidence of specialized experience related to program or administrative actions.
• Ability to apply regulations, policies, or guidelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of experience and graduate study.
• Progressive graduate study or doctorate may substitute for experience depending on grade.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex organizational studies and program evaluations to assess effectiveness and improvements.
• Manages enterprise-level programs and operations of broad scope and complexity.
• Coordinates across organizational components and external partners to integrate requirements.
• Develops and promulgates enterprise-wide policies and guidance; advises leadership on implementation.
• Represents the organization in high-level forums and executive engagements with stakeholders.
• Advises executive leadership with authoritative recommendations on complex matters.
